"Are We Done Yet?": Ice Cube and the cast of "Are We There Yet?" return in this sequel. Now married to Suzanne, Nick has bought a quiet suburban house to provide more space for his new wife and two kids. But his home quickly becomes a costly fixer-upper and he finds himself at the mercy of an eccentric contractor (John C. McGinley from "Scrubs" and "Wild Hogs"). Nick's suburban dream becomes a riotous nightmare. (PG)
"Firehouse Dog": Rex, Hollywood's top-grossing canine, gets lost during a commercial shoot, only to end up as the mascot of a rundown inner-city fire station. (PG)
Opening Thursday:
"The Reaping": Hilary Swank stars as a former missionary, now debunker of so-called religious phenomena, who investigates a rash of Biblical plagues falling upon a small Louisiana town. (R)
Opening Friday:
"Grindhouse": Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez pay bloody tribute to the low-budget exploitation flicks that they were weaned on with their own double-feature bill of cinematic mayhem, filled with horror, action and kick-butt babes. (R)
