WELCOME TO THE OASIS: Waikiki traffic was horrendous, but the party was well worth the struggle as Marco Franchini, left, chairman of the board and CEO of Bally, Dagmar Jouni and Massimo Piombini, Bally VP for global sales, celebrated the reopening of Bally Waikiki on Friday. Impeccable service and excellent hors d'oeuvres made the event an oasis of graciousness.
