Elena Martinez taught guests how to perform a hula during Sunday's Charter Day High Tea at the University of Hawaii-Manoa. The event marked the 100th anniversary of the signing by Territorial Gov. George Carter to establish the College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts, predecessor of today's university.
