» Filmmaker D.A. Pennebacker accompanied Bob Dylan back to England in 1966 to document the musician's tour that included the then-controversial electric set with The Band. Footage of that tour is included in Martin Scorsese's Dylan documentary "No Direction Home." In a Monday Page D3 review of the "Don't Look Back" documentary DVD deluxe edition set, it was erroneously stated that Pennebacker did not film Dylan's '66 England tour.
» Adm. William Fallon did not attend a ceremony held at Camp Smith Monday for Adm. Timothy Keating, who succeeded him as commander of the U.S. Pacific Command. A Page A6 story in yesterday's morning edition incorrectly said Fallon attended the ceremony.
» The 28-year-old man killed in Saturday's Waianae shooting has never been a resident of the house where he was shot as indicated in a Page A4 story yesterday.
