Free 'Sense-Sational Show' plays for preschoolers
Honolulu Theatre for Youth's "The Sense-Sational Show" for preschoolers will be performed free in public libraries statewide through May.
Cynthia See, shown at right, and Rob Duval star in the production, which also uses puppetry and music, to explore the senses of smell, taste, touch, hearing and sight.
The 45-minute program is recommended for children ages 2 to 4. The schedule:

Casting call
The Malama Jam Foundation wants singers, dancers and musicians for its fourth annual concert, May 6 at Hawaii Theatre.

Free brew for you
Starbucks will offer tastings of its new line of food products, along with free cups of coffee, in celebration of National Coffee Break tomorrow.
From 10 a.m. to noon, complimentary tall cups of coffee will be served at 66 Hawaii Starbucks locations, paired with newly introduced food items.
A Brewing Open House will follow from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 24 at the various stores, with coffee masters demonstrating brewing machines and French presses and providing advice on making a perfect cup at home. Starbucks is also hosting a Coffee Seminar Series, conducted by Starbucks baristas. Sign up at individual stores.
