Eddie Sherman, top, celebrated his "39th birthday" with cast members Ian Weir (Benjamin) and Shawna Masuda (Narrator) at the opening-night party for Army Community Theatre's "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" at Richardson Theatre Feb. 22. Geppert, vice president of Tiffany Oahu, welcomed Shelly Thompson, chairman of the board of the Hawaii Theatre Center, to "Stars for the Stars," a preview party introducing the new "Tiffany Stars" collection, on the third floor of Tiffany Waikiki Feb 22. Yves Garnier, chef de cuisine at Halekulani's La Mer, was honored as a Chevalier de l'Ordre de Merite Agricole by Frederic Desagneaux, consul general of France in San Francisco, at a reception at the Halekulani. Garnier was lauded for promoting French agricultural products and authentic French cuisine.
