Pro Bowl 2007: What to know before you go

Parking: Stadium's gates open at 8:30 a.m.

All stadium parking gates will open at 8:30 a.m. Turnstile gates, food and beverage booths and restrooms will open at 10:30 a.m. Parking fee is $5 for vehicles and $15 for commercial trucks and buses.

PRO BOWL

» What: NFL All-Star game
» When: Tomorrow, 1 p.m.
» Where: Aloha Stadium
» Security: Screening measures will be administered when you enter the stadium. Express lanes will be available for those without bags. Fanny packs, small purses and handbags will be permitted but subject to be checked by security.
» Today's event: All-Star Block Party in Waikiki at Kalakaua Ave., 7 to 10 p.m.
Vehicles will be routed to designated parking areas within the stadium based on which gate motorists enter. The gates are:

» Gate 1, main Salt Lake gate for bus lot and parking areas 1-7.

» Gate 2, north Kamehameha gate for parking areas 8-14.

» Gate 3, Halawa gate for upper and lower Halawa parking lot.

» Gate 4, lower Salt Lake gate for upper and lower Halawa parking lot.

» Gate 5, Kamehameha lot gate for Kam lot only.

Alternative parking sites are also available. Parking at Ford Island will open at 8:30 a.m. Free parking as well as free shuttle services will be available 2 1/2 hours before kickoff and up to an hour after the game. Radford High School will also offer parking for the game. The lot opens at 8:30 a.m. Parking is $3. No shuttle service is being offered from the school to Aloha Stadium.

TheBus will also offer the Pro Bowl Football Express from various neighborhoods. Fee is $3 each way.

SEVERAL ITEMS PROHIBITED

State officials remind football fans who plan to attend the sold-out NFL Pro Bowl game tomorrow on prohibitions at Aloha Stadium:
» Reserving stalls -- parking stalls are available on a first-come, first-served basis
» Pegging tents
» Dumping hot coals in the parking lot or in the trash receptacles
» Ball playing or Frisbee tossing
» Bicycle/scooter riding, skateboarding and Rollerblading
» Animals
» Live bands and loud music
» Weapons and any form of illegal contraband
» Coolers
» Backpacks
» Bags
» Video cameras
» Cans
» Bottles
» Outside food and beverages
» Fireworks
» Explosives
» Air horns
» Noisemakers
» Umbrellas
» Flags
» Banner poles

Other rules:

» Vehicles, tables, chairs, barbecue pits and tents must be confined to one stall.
» No soliciting, hawking, selling or passing out fliers or articles without prior approval from the stadium manager.
