Mayor Mufi Hannemann greeted Chanel Wise, left, Miss Hawaii USA 2007, and Leilani Keough before he took the stage at the 58th Annual Narcissus Festival Coronation Ball in the Hilton Hawaiian Village Coral Ballroom on Saturday. Hannemann not only helped crown Queen Jessica Lau, he also serenaded her with a customized version of the Frankie Avalon hit "Bobby Sox to Stockings," which he sang as "When Jessica goes from bobby sox to stockings."
