A NOSTALGIC AIR
JAMM AQUINO / JAQUINO@STARBULLETIN.COM
Hawaii's Plantation Village in Waipahu played host to several cultural celebrations yesterday. Margaret Matsufuru, above right, reminisced about her days playing the Taisho-koto, or Japanese harp, with her friend and Taisho-koto instructor Masako Miyajima, second from right. Matsufuru played many years ago, she said, and the visit prompted her to drag her instrument out of the closet again. Playing the Taisho-koto was Sue Oshiro; looking on was Waipahu High School junior John Dela Cruz. CLICK FOR LARGE
