» George Ainsley Kananiokeakua Holokai died Nov. 1 at Kaiser Moanalua Medical Center. An
obituary on Page C9 yesterday incorrectly said he died Wednesday.
» James Leslie Corn Jr., a former Honolulu police officer, was sentenced to 28 months in jail after pleading guilty in a plea deal. A Page A9 headline in yesterday's early edition incorrectly said the sentence came as part of a trial.
» Hawaii Family Law Center, doing business as Ala Kuola, received a $100,000 grant from the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to support a program that helps domestic abuse victims. A "Shining Stars" item on Page A2 yesterday incorrectly called the agency the Hawaii Family Lawn Center.
