SOS wins spot on Vegas star walk

The Society of Seven will be inaugurated into the Las Vegas Walk of Stars on Nov. 28, in a ceremony at the Flamingo Las Vegas Showroom, where the group now appears. The Vegas star walk is four miles of sidewalk on Las Vegas Boulevard South. A 3-foot square slab of polished granite inlaid with the SOS name will be placed in front of the Flamingo during a ceremony attended by Honolulu Mayor Mufi Hannemann.
