HAUNTED HOUSE

Aina Haina School: "Dark Discoveries" takes a "slightly spooky" look at the New World with stories of early explorers of North America and Hawaii, 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 27 at 801 W. Hind Drive. Easter Seals Haunted House: Easter Seals transforms one of their Ewa plantation homes into a haunted house as a fundraiser for their Adult Day Care program, 6 to 11 p.m. Oct. 27 and 28. Hawaii Doggie Bakery: Compete for prizes in eight different "dog-agories" including prettiest pooch, scariest dog, cutest canine, best local costume, and matching dog and owner.
