Kutmaster Spaz appeared yesterday at a pep rally at Kailua High School to inspire teens to take the "Spaz Go Challenge." The challenge is a health campaign sponsored by Hawaii Medical Service Association that encourages Hawaii teens to incorporate more physical activity into their lives. At today's rally, Spaz showed teens that physical activity and good health can be "off the hook," and he challenged them to get up, get out and get active.
