Reflections of war & peace
The war in Iraq had been a hot topic for the folks at The Balcony Gallery in Kailua. An outgrowth of the discussions in the gallery is an exhibition of works by 16 Hawaii artists addressing antiwar issues.

Also: "Second Sunday," the monthly Kailua artwalk, runs from 1 to 5 p.m. today. At The Balcony Gallery, events include a 3:30 p.m. reading of an award-winning one-act play, "Girl AWoL," a dialogue about joining the military. A performance of "Remnants," a dance created in conjunction with "War/Peace," follows at 4 p.m.
