Dollyan "Dolly" Basa, 63, of Koloa, Kauai, an ITT Industries custodian at the Pacific Missile Range Facility, died in Hale Kupua Health Care Center in Omao, Kauai. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by daughters Valerie Peters, Darlene Pereira, Allison Vasquez and Janelle Basa; sister Dawn Agao; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
