Vivien H. Viloria of Wahiawa, a 22-year Navy veteran, posed for this picture at the Veterans Day Parade in Virginia Beach, Va. Viloria says Kimo's Real Hawaiian Shave Ice doesn't compare to Matsumoto's Shave Ice, but "just to see the words 'shave ice' on the East Coast brings warmth to my heart."
