The state Board Of Education recognized Antonina "Toni" Albios, above right, a janitor at Waialua Public Library, yesterday as the 2006 Hawaii State Public Library System Employee of the Year. Also honored was the Hawaii State Library, Hawaii & Pacific Section, as the 2006 HSPLS Team of the Year.
