Concertgoers can get room package
Hilton Waikoloa Village is extending a kamaaina room-and-ticket package to those attending its fall concert series starring Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo with special guest Berlin.
The concert, the second in the five-concert series, will take place 7:30 p.m. Oct. 1 on the Palace Lawn. Doors will open at 6 p.m.
The package starts at $220 plus tax, based on availability. The rate includes one room for Oct. 1 only and two general-admission tickets to the concert. Kamaaina rates start at $120 plus tax one day prior to the event.
A valid Hawaii ID must be presented at check-in; credit-card guarantees and a 72-hour cancellation are required. To purchase, call the hotel directly at 808-886-1234 and ask for room reservations, package code PBK, or call 800-HILTONS.
For those who don't remember the 1980s, Benatar is a four-time Grammy winner with six platinum and four gold albums.
Her hit singles include "I Need a Lover" and "Love Is a Battlefield." Giraldo is an accomplished guitarist and songwriter who has produced all of Benatar's albums.
