Letter to the Business Editor
We should all thank go! for serving Hawaii
I could not disagree more with Capt. Rich (Ferm's Aug. 27) letter to the business editor
(re: "Not mainland Mesa/go! Fly a local airline and support a LOCAL OHANA!).
We should all thank go! airline for coming here and giving us fair-priced tickets and a competently managed airline. It was (Ferm's) company (Aloha Airlines) and (its) twin (Hawaiian Air) that wasted oceans of money in incompetent management and screwed us customers to the wall with outrageous ticket prices while enjoying some of the highest load factors and one of the potentially most profitable air markets in the world.
Maybe Capt. Rich ought to consider changing companies ... Mesa is meeting its pension obligations!
I for one EXCLUSIVELY fly go! and pay $39 one-way interisland!
