Sensley cut from German team
Former Hawaii forward Julian Sensley was cut from the German national team yesterday, two days before the team's opener in the FIBA World Championships in Japan.
Sensley was the final cut as the team trimmed its roster to 12. Coach Dirk Bauermann said "off-the-court issues" factored in the decision, according to a story on the FIBA Web site. "We told him we're confident in his abilities and that he has a future with the team," Bauermann said on the Web site.
