Melveen Leed, easily two of the best singers in town, were guest performers with
Manoa DNA at E&O Trading Company Thursday. "Hawaii Five-0" regulars
Al Harrington and

Melveen said when she filmed a "Five-0" episode in Chinatown near Club Hubba Hubba, she was walking near a film trailer and a guy thought she was a hooker and "tried to hustle me." I told her fiancé
Al Dacascos, a kung fu great, that some 30 years ago Melveen sang at my wedding and Al replied, "She'll sing at mine, too." Anita tore the place apart with a rocking "Johnny B. Good," with solid keyboard work by
Mark Tanouye.
