WALT DISNEY PICTURES
Johnny Depp, left, and Orlando Bloom return for "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest."

Opening Friday:

"Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest": Johnny Depp, Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom reprise their roles in the first of two sequels to 2003's "Curse of the Black Pearl." This time, Capt. Jack Sparrow discovers he owes a blood debt to the legendary Davy Jones (Bill Nighy) of the ghostly Flying Dutchman. With time running out, Jack must find a way out of his debt or else be doomed to eternal damnation and servitude in the afterlife. To make matters worse, his problems manage to interfere with the wedding plans of Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann, who are forced to join the captain on another misadventure. Expect more "Pirates" next year. A second sequel was filmed at the same time as "Dead Man's Chest" -- in order to avoid scheduling problems for the all-star cast. It's due out next Memorial Day. (PG-13)
