Island Movers fall to Tokai in Japan
Yuji Ono drove in Sanjay Brahmbhatt in the bottom of the second and it was enough as Hokkaido Tokai University beat the Island Movers baseball team 4-1 yesterday in Sapporo, Japan.
Starting pitcher Wally Marciel gave up two runs over five innings to take the loss for the Movers (1-2).
Late sign-ups for tomorrow's Freedom races
Late registration for tomorrow's Epilepsy Foundation's Freedom runs and walk will begin at 6 a.m. at Kailua High School.
Divisions offered are 5- and 10-kilometer runs and a 1-kilometer walk. The races begin at 7 a.m.
Entry fees range from $15 to $25. Registration can also be done at www.Active.com.

Warrior volleyball camps set for this month
The Hawaii men's volleyball team hosts its annual summer camps for youth and adults later this month.
Both camps are scheduled for July 24-28 at the Stan Sheriff Center and campus gyms. The youth camp is for students entering grade 4 through graduating seniors from 1 to 4:30 p.m., and the adult session is from 6-9 p.m.
