Jennifer Aniston attended last month's Los Angeles premiere of "The Break-Up," posing next to the likeness of her co-star, Vince Vaughn, on the movie poster.

Movies opening Friday:

"The Break-Up": Actor Vince Vaughn co-produced this comedy about a Chicago couple (played by Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston) who call it quits but refuse to move out of their jointly owned condo. (PG-13)

"Typhoon": The big-budget Korean drama is yet another allegory about the political divide between North and South Korea. Sin -- an embittered man whose family tried to defect to the south 20 years ago, only to be turned back with tragic results -- has stolen nuclear missile guidance kits. Seeking vengeance for the death of his family, Sin puts into motion a plan to destroy the Korean peninsula. Stars Jang Dong-gun and Lee Jung-jae, in a newly re-edited version by director Kwak Kyung-taek. (R)
