Owls take advantage of struggling Saints

Mid-Pacific's Adam Tamashiro had three hits, including a double and a two-run homer, and finished with five RBIs to lead the host Owls past Saint Louis 12-8 yesterday.

Michael Nagamine drove in five runs for the Owls, who won their second straight game. Cameron Bayne had three doubles and three RBIs for the Crusaders.

Chris Johnson tripled and had three RBIs and Reyn Nagamine and Wally Marciel each drove in two runs as the Raiders outslugged the Wolfpack.

After falling behind 8-0, the Wolfpack came back to cut the Raiders' lead to 12-10 in the fifth inning. But the Raiders responded with three runs in the top of the seventh.
