Dining out, in Aiea

Our Savior Lutheran School is hosting a benefit dinner, "An Evening in Aiea" from 6 to 9 p.m. April 22.

On the menu are signature dishes from Sansei Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar, dk's Steakhouse, Shanghai Bistro, Kahala Caterers, Hong Kong Harbor View Seafood Restaurant and Thai Kitchen.

Entertainment will be by Rolando Sanchez & Salsa Hawai'i and A&E Duo. A Kids' Zone will be set up for children.

A special silent auction will offer guests a special incentive to help the school while taking home great prizes, including a yacht sailing cruise, hotel packages, gift baskets and many more gift certificates.

Tickets are $40 when purchased before Monday; $50 afterward. Wine, beer and soft drinks are included. Children's price is $25. Call 488-0000.

Proceeds will go toward the school's scholarship fund.

The school is at 98-1098 Moanalua Road, across from Toys "R" Us.

Healthy cooking

The Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific is offering two cooking classes in April.

The classes run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Frear Cafeteria, 226 N. Kuakini St.

Cost is $30 per class, or take both for $50. Classes include tastings. Reservations required. Call 566-3780
