Kelly O'Neil's in Waikiki hosts the 25th annual festival

The 25th Annual Scottish Festival and Highland Games, originally scheduled for Kapiolani Park, moved into Kelley O'Neil's bar in Waikiki yesterday because of the weather. Hamish Douglas Burgess played bagpipes outside the bar on Lewers Street to attract people to the event.

Molly's Revenge, a group from Santa Cruz, Calif., played Celtic music entertaining the crowd. John Weed played fiddle and Stuart Mason, foreground, played guitar.

Jon Gallo was measured for a kilt by Bill James. James, a vendor at the event, represented Celtic Craft Center from Scotland, a maker of hand-sewn kilts and accessories.
