Senior hitter Jose Delgado had 12 kills and junior middle Dio Dante added six kills and six blocks in defeating the Cardinal (4-19, 2-15) for the fifth time in a row.
Hawaii wraps up its four-match road trip when again taking on Stanford tonight (5 p.m. Hawaii time). A win tonight would tie the school record for most consecutive victories, a mark set in 1996.
All 12 Warriors saw action and "it's always pretty special to get everybody out on the floor," UH coach Mike Wilton. "And they all played well.
"We have one more business appointment, then we'll be ready to come home."
Hawaii again was business-like in its efficiency, hitting .419 for the night. The Warriors hit .542 in Game 1, breaking away from a 5-5 tie behind the serving of Delgado and Lauri Hakala.
Hakala played a part in the final two points. Dante slammed back an overpass of Hakala's serve for game point at 29-20 and Hakala ended it on his second of four aces.
Wilton began substituting early. Senior hitter Matt Bender started Game 2 and began it with an ace.
By the time Hawaii had a 23-14 lead in Game 2, the Warriors had changed out half of their lineup, with sophomore middle Jake Schkud in for senior Mauli'a La Barre and junior Eric Kalima for Delgado.

Matt Carere, Dio Dante and Sean Carney laughed after a point against Stanford yesterday.

Both teams revamped their lineups in Game 3, which was the most competitive. Freshman Sean Carney, setting for the first time in a conference match, had the Warriors ahead at 23-15.
The Cardinal rallied to 23-19 only to have Hawaii pull away on a 5-0 run, helped by consecutive aces by Bender. Freshman hitter Jim Clar, playing in just his fourth game, was in on his first career block and also served for the final point, a kill by Matt Carere.
"It was tough to get our engines roaring in the beginning. We needed to get the rust and chill off," said Carney, used mostly as a serving specialist. "But it came together.
"It felt good to get in and set, see the front row. There's about five of us who are mostly on the bench cheering and we were able to switch roles with the starters tonight. They were cheering for us."
Senior opposite Ben Reddy put down 10 kills for Stanford, which has lost its last 10 matches. The Cardinal hit .074 and got outblocked 11-3.5.
Notes: The victory was Wilton's 599th of his career, which includes his wins with Cal Poly San Luis Obispo men's and women's teams. ... The UH record for aces in a single match is 17, coming at UC Irvine in 1995. ... The record for most aces in a match is 7, shared by Eyal Zimet, Erik Pichel and Mark Presho. ... Stanford is the first unranked team Hawaii has faced this season. ... USC followed up its upset sweep of Pepperdine by being swept by Cal Baptist, the top-ranked NAIA team, last night.
