Fashionable duct tape

Your investment in a few rolls of duct tape may win the top prize of a $6,000 ($3,000 for both members of the winning couple) cash scholarship, plus $3,000 for the high school hosting the winning couple's prom.
Winners will be judged on workmanship, originality, use of colors, accessories and quantity of duct tape used.
Second-place winners receive $2,000 each, with the host high school receiving $2,000. The third-place couple will receive $1,000 each, with the high school receiving $1,000.
