» Star-Bulletin photographer Dennis Oda took a photo of police investigating a fatal accident between a city bus and a bicyclist Friday. A
photo on Page A3 Saturday was incorrectly credited to Jamm Aquino.
» A Hawaii Air Ambulance plane crashed on the Big Island on Jan. 31, 2004. A story on Page A1 yesterday and a story on Page A5 Saturday incorrectly said the crashed happened on Jan. 21, 2004.
» Tim Gunn, chairman, Department of Fashion Design, Parsons, reports that "Project Runway" design challenges run one to two days, and filming of the challenges "takes four weeks, plus a couple of days." A story that ran on Page D1 March 7 included a misquote saying that the challenges took four months to film.
» Neal Peter Jampolis designed the sets for Hawaii Opera Theatre's production of "Tosca." A review on Page A2 Sunday included the wrong name.
