JOHN BERGER / JBERGER@STARBULLETIN.COM
Valentine's Day was over but Kathy Mawae, center, got great response anyway with her 3rd Annual "Pretty n Punk" lingerie fashion show Thursday at the Wave Waikiki. A loud set by Extra Stout got the party started. A second band, The Enhancements, provided the music for the fashion show. The musicians gave Mawae's models some men to interact with as they worked the stage over and above the the "strut and pout" seen at most nightclub lingerie shows. Lingerie models Lyn Cruz, front left, Elaine Codilla, Kamakoa Page and Nina Roxanne relaxed backstage with Mawae after the show.

She is also an entertaining storyteller. Lynn plays at Shanghai Bistro at 8 p.m. Friday and Sunday. Call 955-8668.
