Iolani beats Kamehameha to force playoff
Kawika Shoji scored 13 points as Iolani beat Kamehameha last night to force a playoff for the Interscholastic League of Honolulu basketball championship.
Postseason tournament tips off Wednesday
The ILH's Basketball Postseason Tournament starts Wednesday.
The winner of the six-team tournament gets the league's third spot into the upcoming state tournament. Kamehameha and Iolani have clinched a state berth.

The playoff is Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Mid-Pacific Institute gym.
Both teams finished the regular season 10-2.
The Raiders hung around until the second quarter, when they blew out the Warriors 21-8 to go into halftime with a 12-point advantage. Kamehameha outscored Iolani 23-16 in the second half, but it wasn't enough.
Vinny Nip was one of four Raiders to hit from beyond the arc in the game, hitting two while Case Miyahira, Kekai Kealoha and Shoji each made one. Nip and Liloa Nobriga joined Shoji in double figures with 10 points each.
Mitchell Kauweloa led Kamehameha with nine points.
