Kaimuki comes back to beat Moanalua 65-62

Beau Albrechtson scored 11 of his game-high 27 points in the fourth quarter as Kaimuki outscored Moanalua 27-15 in the period to come from behind for a 65-62 victory last night at Moanalua.
Despite hitting a season-high 12 3-pointers, the Menehunes (6-1) suffered their first loss of the season. Wayne West nailed four of them and finished with 20 points as the Menehunes fell into a three-way tie for second in the OIA East with Kaimuki and McKinley, one game behind Kahuku (7-0).
Keone Reyes added 16 points and Thomas Pyo 14 for the Bulldogs who finished 24-for-32 from the free throw line. Moanalua was 12-for-17.
