Hyatt Regency Maui spa offers special treatments
The Spa Moana at the Hyatt Regency Maui is offering its special holiday treatments through the end of the month.
Enjoy a spice facial with chai soy mud mask ($140) or spice body wrap ($145) that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and leave your skin glowing.
The body treatment will wrap you in the warm, intoxicating scents of the holidays. This treatment begins with the application of an herbal spice exfoliating scrub followed by the chai soy mud mixed with aloe vera gel. Guests will also receive a scalp and/or facial massage before the mud is rinsed off the body in the vichy, followed by a massage with an herbal spice massage cream blend.
Also of interest to those who spend off-holiday hours toiling in an office, HyattPure recently introduced the Blackberry balm hand massage ($85), which is specifically designed to alleviate tension from typing, whether on computers or PDA devices.
As a "helping hand" therapy for tech-savvy business travelers experiencing the "blue thumb" from their Blackberries and tenderness from their Treos, this massage incorporates a host of acupressure techniques designed to relieve the stress and tension of rigorous texting.
Spa treatments are available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the salon is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. For spa reservations, call 808-667-4725.
