'THINGS JAPANESE' SALE
STARTS TOMORROW
Antiques, kimono, dolls, tea sets and woodblock prints are available
The month-long "Things Japanese" sale, beginning tomorrow at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii, will feature a treasure trove of Japanese antiques and collectibles, including wedding kimono, kokeshi and ningyo dolls, tea sets and woodblock prints.
The event runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays to Saturdays through Jan. 8 (closed on Christmas and New Year's eves).
Admission is free, and JCCH members can take 10 percent off on all items, and 50 percent off on Dec. 17, Member Appreciation Day. All sale proceeds support the organization's educational programs and activities.
