Adam Hightower is the Bali's new chef, replacing
Roberto Los Banos, who has moved up to sous chef of the entire Hilton Village, No. 2 to executive chef
Daniel LaGarde. Hightower is offering two five-course Chef's Table menus Dec. 2 through Dec. 30 -- except Dec. 24-25 -- for parties of up to 10, at $70 per person. The entrees include filet mignon, sautéed opakapaka and filet mignon and lobster ... KHNL's
