Opening in theaters this weekend:
"Aeon Flux": Based on the futuristic cult MTV animated series, Charlize Theron stars as an acrobatic assassin fighting for freedom against the oppressive regime controlling the last city. Encased in a protective bubble, the city is home to the last humans after a virus nearly wiped out the race. Directed by Karyn Kusama ("Girlfight," the movie that gave "Lost" cast member Michelle Rodriguez her start), it co-stars Frances McDormand, Marton Csokas, Jonny Lee Miller and Sophie Okendo. (PG-13)
