The other teams are Gary Player and Hale Irwin, Arnold Palmer and Peter Jacobsen, and Raymond Floyd and Dana Quigley.

The event will be televised on ESPN.

Holy Family stops Hawaii-Hilo hoopsters

Holy Family (Pa.) beat Hawaii-Hilo 68-55 in the Hilo Shootout yesterday in NCAA Division II basketball.

The Tigers (4-1) outrebounded the Vulcans 37-34, who got a big performance from guard Justin Griffin. He had game highs in rebounds with 11 and points with 23.

"If we're going to be one dimensional, we're going to be in trouble, and it got us tonight," said Hawaii-Hilo coach Jeff Law, whose team dropped to 3-2. "We had no inside game tonight and we needed it."

Justin Dobson added 15 points for the Vulcans. Ryan Haigh scored 22 to lead Holy Family.

Dobson and Griffin made the all-tournament team along with tourney MVP Dan Welch and Haigh of Holy Family, Drew Williamson of Metropolitan State (Colo.) and Mike Sells of Western New Mexico.
