He was born in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, the Philippines. He is survived by wife Florence; daughter Judith Mones; mother Clarina; brothers Arcadio, Raymundo, Chito, Ramon and Gerry; and sisters Emma Balason and Juanita Fines. Services: 6:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Call after 5:30 p.m. Mass: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony Church, 640 Puuhale Road. "Braddah" Jr.; daughters Tihahne P. "Pua," Lara K. "Toots," Monica H. "Nanea" and Willidean; brothers Clifford and George Clarke and William Mills; sisters Hannah Mills-Clarke-Salas and Luciana Mills-Clarke-Agosto; and 13 grandchildren.
