'BOMB BIRTHDAY 5' AT PIPELINE CAFE
BOMB GIRL: Jasmine Trias did Hawaii proud as 102.7 "Da Bomb" celebrated its fifth anniversary Saturday with "Bomb Birthday 5" at Pipeline Cafe. With Kutmaster Spaz backing her on the ones-and-twos, Trias was sexy and contemporary yet tasteful throughout. Mashonda was lackluster, and some of her entourage boorish, but Brooke Valentine left the crowd wanting more, and Nino Brown will be welcome back anytime.

GET READY FOR HIS ONE NIGHT TOUR: Alan Yamamoto, left, and veteran Bomb deejay Paul Ogata checked the balloons as the pre-"Bomb Birthday" VIP party got started an hour before the event went public. Ogata is leaving Hawaii at the end of the year to pursue a full-time career in stand-up comedy, and his final show here -- his "One Night Farewell Tour" -- will be Saturday, Dec. 17, at Pipeline.

IT'S GOOD TO BE PROMPT: Local actress Marissa Robello, left, and party pal Jenna Souza arrived on time for the VIP party and had the best table in the club until they got bored and decided they'd rather be dancing than watching the show (one of Souza's co-workers got them the hook-up for the party).

NINO CHECKS IN: Hawaii record producer Laiku Soares, right, welcomed Nino Brown, left, Jimmy Clev, and M.I.A. Records CEO/President Michael Martinez to the party.

A KID, A MAN AND A KING: Veteran club promoter Rick Rock, center, partied with Bomb deejay Sam the Man, left, and Program Director Kid Leo. Rock's black T-shirt identified him as "The King of Clubs."

BROOKE DIDN'T HANG: Fil Slash consoled Candice Lee, left, and Monica Sagucio. Sagucio and Lee had flowers for Brooke Valentine, but she left the party without stopping to greet her fans.
