An actor on the popular ABC-TV series "Lost" and his wife were robbed at gunpoint at their Hawaii Kai home early yesterday morning.

According to KHON-TV, Josh Holloway, who plays Sawyer, and his 28-year-old wife, were awakened about 4:10 a.m. by a man who confronted them at gunpoint, demanding money.

The suspect allegedly took cash from the couple and fled in their vehicle, using the vehicle's keys.

Police later found the vehicle abandoned in the area.

Holloway plays "Lost" character Sawyer, a con man who often wields a handgun on the show.

The 36-year-old Holloway is one of the main stars of "Lost," which is filmed on Oahu. People magazine in 2005 named Holloway one of the 50 most beautiful people.

A KHON-TV reporter confirmed with Holloway's agent that the victims in the Hawaii Kai robbery were Holloway and his wife.

The suspect is described as a man with a thin build, standing about 5 feet 8 inches tall, wearing a gray and black baseball cap and a black shirt and carrying a black handgun.
