State to issue ID cards
at Mililani High School

Personnel will be available at Mililani High School at 95-1200 Meheula Parkway from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday to process applications for state identification cards.

Applicants may obtain forms at www.stateid.hawaii.gov or at Mililani High School on Saturday.

The fee is $10 for senior citizens 65 and older, $15 for others. Only cash will be accepted. Applicants with completed forms and required certified documents will be given priority.

Cards will be mailed to the applicant within 10 business days.
