‘Get House Smart’ at
the Parade of Homes

The futuristic home of the Jetsons may go from cartoon fantasy to reality before long. You'll have a chance to see the strides taken in that direction during the 2005 Parade of Homes next month. "Get House Smart," the theme this year, will showcase the latest in technology and design innovations in residential construction during open house weekends Oct. 1 and 2 and Oct. 8 and 9.

Some of the 12 entries include A&B Kakaako Keola La'i, Plan 2 condominium in Division VI, priced from $599,001 to $799,000 and D.R. Horton, Schuler Division Kai Nani at Makakilo, Model 1, in Division III multifamily, priced from $299,001 to $399,000.
