Leis presented on surfboards were part of the Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Fourth Annual Lei Draping Ceremonies in Waikiki yesterday. The ceremony was held by the Outrigger Duke Kahanamoku Foundation, which funds scholarships for Hawaii students who excel academically and athletically, and was also a part of the Duke's Ho'olaule'a celebration for the past four days. The celebration continues today with Brunch on the Beach and the Waterman Challenge featuring teams of lifeguards.
