Elizabeth L. Alapai, 89, of Las Vegas, formerly of Maui, a retired Maui Land and Pineapple Co. trimmer, died in Las Vegas. She was born in Wailuku. She is survived by son John; daughters Mary Baqui, Anna M. Darmody, Theresa Chung, Rita McGinnis and Lydia Mau; 26 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
