Former UH baseball pitcher Moku Paiva married fellow Honolulu Police Department officer Shelly Silva in April and all Hawaii is invited to see their wedding ... via TV. The newlyweds appear in the inaugural episode of a local reality-based show called "Hawaii Love Stories," with hosts Hawaiianryan and Keri Shepherd. About 150 of the couple's friends and family gathered at the O Lounge Sunday for a first peek at the show, that makes its public debut at 6:30 p.m. Monday on OC16. The couple looked embarrassed at certain points during the viewing, but said they were happy with the episode. "Some things I didn't know," Shelly said. "You know that he (Moku) would say that but ... everyone heard ... how embarrassing." The two explained how they met and Moku is caught on the show's "confession camera" apologizing to Shelly about a fight they had the night before their big day. "(I liked) the editing," Moku said, explaining that some of his language was cut, to his relief. Newlyweds Eric and Sayuri Van Rysbergen will be featured in another episode. They were happy with the Paivas' show and are looking forward to seeing theirs. The program repeats throughout the week. Go to oceanic.com for details. ...
