» Earl Arakaki has challenged the existence of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs and Hawaiian Homes Commission, saying they are race-based and unconstitutional. A story on Page A1 in yesterday's morning edition incorrectly listed his first name as Dennis.

» Anna Boyadjian is an incoming freshman at Punahou School. A photo caption on Page A6 in some editions yesterday misspelled her last name as Boydian.

» Aloha Pizza, a concession operated by Boston's North End Pizza, is expected to open this week at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. "TheBuzz" column on Page C1 Wednesday misstated the concession site as the USS Arizona Memorial Visitor Center.

» An article July 10 on Page D1 incorrectly reported that the insurance brokerage Guardian of Hawaii represents Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. Guardian does not represent Northwestern Mutual.

» A 29-year-old man presenting an Indonesian passport with an allegedly fake visa at Honolulu Airport was charged by criminal complaint Friday for allegedly committing visa fraud, not indicted as stated in a Page A21 article Sunday.
