After a brief hiatus, Hawaiian Express Records is back on the concert scene.

In celebration of the new local music department at Jelly's, the record label will host a free, all-ages concert by local rockers Suspicious Minds.

They'll be joined by Days in Between frontman Eric Lilavois (below), who is in town from Southern California to play a couple of acoustic sets. If you can't make it to Jelly's, check out Lilavois on Saturday at Detox.

Mass Appeal Productions presents another slamming summer party, with one cover charge getting you into four different parties.

Manoa Backyard and Inoa'ole will play at Ryan's, while Ooklah the Moc and Red Degree throw down at Compadres. Ten Feet will perform at E&O, and Epic Session will be at Dixie Grill.
