De-clutter your life

Clutter is a vampire, sapping energy from the mind and spirit, giving you less fuel for the present.

Find out how to battle this monster before it overtakes your life when the Clutterstompers present a seminar designed to help participants effectively deal with their mess.

The July 9 workshop, being held at Harris United Methodist Church, 20 S. Vineyard Blvd., in the Komuro Lounge, will cover topics such as:

» The real meaning of clutter in your life.
» Obtaining "fuel" for a clutter-free life.
» Family patterns of clutter and how they affect your present relationships.
» Why knowing how to de-clutter has not been enough to remove clutter from your life.
» How clutter disempowers your health, wealth and relationships.
» Looking inward for answers.

The noon-to-5 p.m. workshop also includes a presentation by Marilyn Nagel, a de-cluttering expert and life coach.

Call 941-4800 or 735-2986 for more information.
