He is survived by wife Elizabeth "Betty"; sons Vicente J. "Vic" Jr. and Vernon J.; daughters Desiree Pagan, Donella Gipson, Darlene Batulanon and Mary Kekaualua; brothers Manuel Sugitan and Joseph "Joe," Romeo and Odhel Batulanon; sisters Theresa Francisco and Maylinda and Meloy Batulanon; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
